DST color order editor
Fewer thread changes in your DST file.
Open your design, join the stops that use the same thread, and download it ready to sew.

How it works
- Open your DSTIt opens right here in your browser, on a Chromebook too.
- Mark your threadsSet each stop's color. Stops with the same color are the same spool.
- Join and saveJoin same threads moves stops together where it is safe, then download.
When a move is refused
A stop sewn later sits on top of what came before. If two stops stitch over the same spot, swapping them would change what shows, so Thread Order keeps their order and tells you which stops overlap. It checks in 1 mm squares, so stops that only touch at an edge are kept in order too.
What changes in your file
Only the order of the stops and the color changes between them. Every stitch stays where it was. When a stop moves, the needle travels to it with short travel stitches, the same way it moves between parts of a design now. Sew a test piece before a big run.
Which files it opens
Tajima DST files, the format most machines and digitizers read. A DST file holds no thread colors, so each stop starts with a temporary color: set them to match your spools.
