Run sheet

Print a color sequence sheet for your design.

Open your DST below, set each stop's thread, and press Print run sheet. You get one table: stop number, thread color, needle, stitch count, and what to do before it starts.

Print it or save it as a PDF from the print window, and keep it with the hoop.

Worked example

The sample flower on this page has 8 stops in three threads: green (stem and two leaves), pink (three petals) and gold (bee and center). After Join same threads on a 10-needle machine the sheet reads: stop 1, green, needle 1, 207 stitches; stop 2, pink, needle 2, 389 stitches; stop 3, gold, needle 3, 158 stitches. The line above says 3 stops, 754 stitches, 10 needles, 0 re-threads.

Naming threads

Each stop's name prints beside its color. The sample names its parts (stem, petals, bee); a file of your own shows Stop 1, Stop 2 and so on, with the hex code of the color you set.
